Full-time | Monday - Friday | $22-$28/hr | Health, dental & vision insurance | South Oklahoma City At Therapitas, you'll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices. No experience? No problem. If you've ever worked as a nanny, paraprofessional, teacher, CNA, personal attendant, daycare worker, babysitter, caregiver, or aide, or have studied psychology, social work, or sociology, you already have the skills that matter most. We'll provide training to get you RBT certified. Already certified? Bring your skills and jump right in. Is empathy your superpower? This might be the most important job you've never heard of. What You'll Do • Work and play one-on-one with neurodivergent kids • Use play, patience, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to teach real-life skills • Follow individualized programs built by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and track your progress • Celebrate their wins, both big and small What You Need • A heart for helping kids and families • A calm, steady presence, even in high-energy moments • Eagerness and energy to play • Availability for a full-time weekday schedule • Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check • Active RBT certification or a willingness to work toward one. With clinics in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, our mission is to make sure Spanish-speaking children have the same access to quality therapy as any other child through culturally and linguistically appropriate care. Our ABA team works alongside speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, so you'll be part of a real team, not working alone. Being bilingual is definitely a plus, but not required to apply since we work with Spanish-speaking, English-speaking, and children who are not yet verbal.
