•
Partner with the Resin Coordinator to maintain proper material levels across all active lines.
•

•
Workplace Safety & 5S Cleanliness:
•
Maintain clean, organized baler areas, warehouse aisles, and 5S additive/color staging areas.
•
Inspect equipment, operate forklifts safely, and adhere to all facility safety rules and OSHA standards at all times.
•
Assist shift supervisors with additional material-handling and production tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
Required:
•

•
Reliability & Teamwork: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, good communication, and a proactive attitude toward helping teammates.

•
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, plastics extrusion, warehouse, or recycling environment.

•
Culture: Stable, respectful, family-oriented work culture with advancement opportunities

•
All required personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided.
