Blender Operator • Pay: $19/HR • Schedule: 10:30 PM – 06:30 AM | Mon–Fri (Training on 1st shift) • Location: Houston, TX 77041 • PPE: Steel-toed boots required • Apply: www.pridestaff.com/houstonnw The Blender mixes and pre-forms materials for thread seal tape production. Core Responsibilities: • Mixing & Pre-forming: Weigh and measure PTFE resins, pigments, and lubricants; operate pre-forming equipment to create billets for extrusion. • Extrusion Operation: Set up and operate extrusion lines, ensuring continuous product flow using correct tooling and dies. • Quality Control: Use gauges, calipers, and micrometers to verify products meet exact specifications. • Inventory & Logistics: Move resin drums to storage, maintain accurate material records, and tag finished jumbo rolls. • Maintenance: Clean and inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe, optimal operating conditions. INCLUDING SWEEPING/CLEANING/DETAILING AREA. Qualifications: • Accredited High School Diploma or GED. • 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. • Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs frequently. • Physical capability to stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
