Customer Experience Advocate Quick facts • Location: Carrollton, TX • Pay: $18.00/hour • Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM • Position type: Full-time, temp-to-hire • Work environment: Onsite Why you’ll like this job • Steady full-time day shift schedule with no weekend shifts • A dynamic, collaborative team environment with a path to permanent employment What you’ll do • Order Processing & Management: enter daily oven and parts orders into the system within 24–48 hours, verifying pricing, addresses, carriers, and commissions. Issue order confirmations and daily invoicing packets. • Customer & Sales Support: answer high-volume email and phone inquiries regarding order status, tracking, missing items, lead times, and product documentation. • Claims & Returns: process customer returns and missing item requests, and resolve freight damage claims standard same-day. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work alongside Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and Manufacturer Representatives on customer outreach, marketing initiatives, and smooth order transitions. What you need • High School diploma or GED required • 3 to 5 years of strong order processing and/or purchasing experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Professional, courteous telephone demeanor and strong communication skills • Reliable attendance and a collaborative, team-first attitude Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience and some college education.
