Shift & Schedule • Shift: 2nd Shift • Hours: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM • Location: Batavia, OH Key Responsibilities • Surface Preparation: Clean and prep metal parts to ensure proper adhesion of coatings. • Application: Operate spray guns to apply powder coating evenly to various metal components. • Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for runs, thin spots, or debris to ensure they meet quality standards. • Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance on spray booths, guns, and oven equipment. • Safety: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols, including the use of required PPE. Requirements • Previous experience in powder coating or industrial spray painting is preferred. • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. • Dependable transportation and a solid attendance record.
