Located in Milford, OH 1st and 3rd shifts available: 1st - M-F - 7am-3:30pm - $14 3rd - M-TH - 8pm-6:30am - $14.50 NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Hablamas Espanol! Key Responsibilities: • Line Assembly: Assemble boxes and displays • Quality Control: Inspect boxes for damage or defects before placing them into final packaging. • Component Verification: Verify display is packed with correct materials • Palletizing & Staging: Stack finished kits onto pallets, wrap them securely, and move them to staging areas. • Workplace Safety: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to prevent workplace hazards. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: No experience required! Must be 18 to apply. • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small differences in product numbers, labels, and colors quickly. • Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for long periods (8–10 hours) and perform repetitive hand movements. • Strength: Ability to safely lift, push, and pull warehouse items weighing up to 40 pounds. • Tools: Comfort using basic hand tools, tape guns • Teamwork: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with line partners and supervisors. Work Environment & Schedule: • Fast-paced, active warehouse floor • Full-time (Day, and Night shift options). • Casual dress code - tennis shoes, and you can wear shorts! Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $14.00 - $14.50
