Position: Client Manager Location: Bohemia, NY Company/Industry: Well-established facilities management company Schedule: Mon-Fri, On-Site Only, 1st Shift Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/yr, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate Type: Direct hire + Benefits Duties: • Become the ultimate problem-solver for clients, coordinators, vendors, and accounting. • Actively manages their Individual Follow-Up Queue, prioritizing work orders for timely resolution. • Orchestrate a seamless workflow by assigning work orders strategically. • Build strong vendor relationships to secure crucial updates, quotes, and assets. • Secures competitive rates and prices for labor and materials through vendor negotiations. • Keep clients informed and engaged with regular work order updates. • Streamline client communication by managing distribution emails, obtaining approvals, and processing quotes efficiently. • Ensure weekend calls are handled smoothly, and work orders are distributed seamlessly. • Develops incentives to motivate the team and foster a positive work environment. Requirements: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. • Experience with work order management, and client relationship management. • HVAC/R trade knowledge Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 - $75,000.00
