Workers Compensation Attorney for law firm located in Irvine CA This is a Direct Hire or Temporary to Hire opportunity, Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (hours subject to fluctuation) with possible Overtime, as needed. Prior Workers Compensation Attorney experience is required, with pay rate range as follows: 1+ year $125,000 plus bonus of 3% on fees collected from settlements 3+ years $145,000 plus bonus of 3% on fees collected from settlements Essential Responsibilities: • Must know and be experienced with Workers Compensation law • Attend hearings/trials • Attend depositions • Case plan and analyze the case • Value and send demands • Talk to clients • Talk to defense counsel Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 Per Year
