PrideStaff is seeking an Escrow Officer for a full-service Real Estate Brokerage headquartered in Temecula, CA. This is a full-time temporary position. Our client has a great work environment and will be training on their escrow software. Please see the job requirements below to be considered. • Starting Pay Rate: $35.00 • Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm General Job Duties: • Assists with the real estate closing process • Assembling and distributing closing statements • Performing title searches and ensuring each escrow account has the funds to cover the buyer’s property taxes and homeowners insurance premiums • Generally responsible for planning and preparing for real estate closings • Prepare sales transaction documents and review them for errors • Send completed loan documents to mortgage companies • Scheduling real estate closings • Performing title searches • Obtaining signatures on important documents • Procuring assumption and payoff statements • Ensuring escrow funds have been deposited • Preparing escrow instructions • Verifying all purchase requirements have been met Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Escrow Officer • Experience with Escrow Base is a plus • Proficient with MS Office Suite Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $35.00 - $35.00
