Order Pickers/ Equipment Operator Key Responsibilities • Equipment Operation: Safely drive and operate a cherry picker to retrieve, stock, and put away materials in high-level racking. • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts, identify missing products, and help maintain accurate inventory records. • General Warehouse Duties: Load and unload incoming shipments, build and shrink-wrap pallets, and keep the warehouse floor clean and organized. • Safety & Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and strictly adhere to all OSHA and internal safety protocols. Requirements & Qualifications • Experience: 1+ years of experience operating a cherry picker / order picker in a fast-paced distribution or 3PL environment. • Certifications: Current forklift or cherry picker certification preferred (or the ability to pass on-site certification). • Physical Ability: Comfortable working at heights up to 30+ feet. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or walk for extended periods. • Technical Skills: Experience using RF scanners and basic warehouse software. • Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, punctual, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
