This role is ideal for an individual with warehouse and logistics experience who enjoys working in a small manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will support shipping operations, logistics coordination, inventory activities, and general administrative functions. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments. • Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate records. • Track orders, freight movements, and delivery schedules. • Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization. • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams regarding shipping and logistics needs. • Perform data entry and administrative support tasks. • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. • Ensure compliance with company processes and safety procedures. Qualifications • Previous warehouse experience required. • Experience in equipment manufacturing or a small manufacturing environment preferred. • Strong organizational and administrative skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. • Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
