Position Summary As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work directly under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized treatment plans, help patients regain mobility, manage pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Key Responsibilities • Implement treatment plans designed by the Supervising Physical Therapist. • Guide patients through targeted therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and physical modalities. • Monitor, document, and report patient progress accurately and promptly. • Educate patients and their family members on home exercise programs and care techniques. • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for patient rehabilitation. Qualifications & Requirements • Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in the State of Michigan (Required). • Strong interpersonal communication and patient-focused bedside manner. • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary treatment team. • High attention to detail and accurate medical documentation skills.
