Litigation Paralegal Hiring Agency: PrideStaff (Hiring for a client) Location: Asheville, NC Position Type: Full-Time The Role Our client, a premier full-service law firm in Asheville, NC, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their growing practice. This role provides comprehensive case management support to litigation attorneys, assisting with all phases of matter acceptance, document drafting, discovery, docketing, and trial preparation within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. What You Will Do • Assist attorneys with the organization, investigation, and management of litigation cases from intake through resolution. • Draft court pleadings, complaints, answers, motions, discovery requests, interrogatories, correspondence, and legal memos. • Manage discovery processes, including e-discovery, document reviews, online research, and evidence tracking. • Maintain court dockets, track filing deadlines, manage case calendars, and follow up on pending case milestones. • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel to support case progress. • Organize and maintain detailed physical and electronic case files and documents.
