Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking an accomplished Lead Experience Designer for Agentic interaction who will lead the design of next-generation AI-powered experiences where humans and autonomous AI agents collaborate to accomplish business goals. You will also be responsible to define how users delegate work to agents, maintain visibility and control, handle exceptions, and build trust in AI-driven decisions. This role requires expertise in AI/ML fundamentals, enterprise architecture design, and practical experience building production-grade AI/GenAI solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative AI-powered systems that create measurable business value.
