We invest in our people because we know that confident employees create exceptional customer experiences Responsibilities: • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered • Working with co-workers to provide excellent customer service experience • Assisting wedding couples with choosing formalwear for their wedding • Taking orders and measuring rental customers • Striving to make personal goals as well as work with co-workers to make store goals Requirements: • During a 60 day training period this person will be expected to work across our St. Louis stores to learn the business • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays • MUST HAVE open availability. Saturday and Sunday availability is REQUIRED • Demonstrate a positive attitude and friendly demeanor • Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance • Good communication skills • Prior customer service experience preferred • Hourly plus possibility for commission.
