Description Express Technician The Express Technician performs routine vehicle maintenance and inspections in a timely, accurate, and safe manner. This role supports customer satisfaction by completing quality maintenance services while following manufacturer and dealership standards. The position also provides an opportunity to develop technical skills through ongoing training and growth within the service department. Requirements Key Responsibilities • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, multi-point inspections, and other light maintenance. • Complete services efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and workmanship. • Perform accurate multi-point inspections and identify maintenance needs. • Follow dealership, manufacturer, and workplace safety standards. • Work closely with Service Advisors and fellow Technicians to support an efficient service experience. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Demonstrate dependable attendance, professionalism, teamwork, and a customer-focused attitude. • Participate in ongoing technical training and development. Required Skills & Competencies • Ability to perform routine maintenance and light automotive services accurately and efficiently. • Consistently completes work with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results. • Manages time effectively and completes assigned services in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. • Thoroughly completes vehicle inspections and accurately identifies maintenance or service needs. • Follows established safety procedures and maintains a clean, organized work environment. • Understands how quality, timely repairs contribute to a positive customer experience. • Works collaboratively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and other service team members. • Demonstrates reliable attendance, punctuality, and follow-through on assigned responsibilities. • Maintains a positive attitude and professional conduct in the workplace. • Willing to participate in ongoing technical training and develop skills for continued growth within the automotive service field. Requirements • High school education. • Valid driver's license. • Automotive Technology and/or automotive dealership experience preferred. • Ability and willingness to participate in required training. • Full-time availability for a rotating schedule.
