We are keen to grow and provide an extensive line-up of home services to our customers.   The primary duties of an HVAC Install Lead are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.
