As we launch and grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial teammate to help build the organization from the ground floor. The Vice President of the GMC Leadership Institute will play a critical leadership role in launching and expanding the organization. This individual will be responsible for marketing, business development, strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, and revenue growth while helping shape the long-term vision of the organization. This position is ideal for a former collegiate athlete who understands teamwork, leadership, competition, and performance and who possesses a strong business mindset and desire to help build something extraordinary. Primary Responsibilities: •    Business Development & Strategic Partnerships -- Develop and execute business development strategies. Identify and secure new client relationships; build partnerships with organizations. Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities. Represent the GMC Leadership Institute at conferences and events.  Build relationships with college athletic programs, law enforcement agencies, healthcare organizations, fire and EMS organizations, and businesses. •    Marketing & Brand Development -- Assist in building the GMC Leadership Institute brand. Develop marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. Manage social media and digital marketing efforts. Coordinate marketing materials and customer communications. Support event promotion and customer recruitment. •    Revenue Generation & Program Growth -- Meet growth and revenue goals. Maintain customer relationships. Create repeat business opportunities. Support membership and partnership programs. Assist in the development of new programs and offerings. Gather customer feedback and market intelligence. Help identify emerging opportunities and future markets. •    Leadership -- Serve as a key member of the leadership team. Assist in strategic planning and long-term vision development. Preferred Qualifications:  Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Leadership, Organizational Development, Sports Management Former team captain of collegiate athletic team, 10+ years of P&L management experience of a business. Executive level entrepreneurial mindset, highly motivated and comfortable building something new, thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates exceptionally well.
