This role helps improve operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of patient care and service. Key Responsibilities • Direct daily clinic and facility operations. • Manage staffing, hiring, onboarding, training, and employee performance. • Monitor budgets, financial performance, and staff productivity. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. • Lead operational meetings and performance improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with physicians, leadership, staff, and external agencies. • Maintain professional facility standards and accurate personnel records. Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field. • Previous healthcare management experience. • Strong financial management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities. • Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office. Preferred • Active RN license in good standing. • Experience overseeing multiple clinical departments or surgical facilities.
