You’ll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift. What We’re Looking For • 18+ years old • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required • Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift • Available evenings and weekends • Strong communication and team leadership skills • Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused • Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies • Must pass a background check Growth Opportunity Many of our Managers started as Shift Leaders.
