Wasatch Peaks Ranch, a premier private residential community in Utah, is seeking a dedicated server to join our team for the upcoming winter season.  PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SKI IN/SKI OUT DESTINATION.  SERVERS WILL NEED TO HAVE A STRONG SKI/SNOWBOARD ABILITY FOR THE PIZZA YURT. Qualifications: Key Responsibilities  Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.  Adhere to the F&B sequence of service to ensure a seamless dining experience.  Prepare tables with meticulous attention to sanitation and presentation.  Present menus and offer knowledgeable guidance to members and guests.  Maintain a clean, organized dining room and workstation, ensuring a polished and inviting atmosphere.  Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.  Ensure table settings, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained throughout the meal.  Handle member inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.  Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and discreetly.  Qualifications  Must be an intermediate skier or snowboarder  6 months of restaurant service experience   Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional member service and exceed member expectations.  Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including proper table setting and menu knowledge.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with members and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.  Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high-quality dining experience.  Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.  Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
