Job Description We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at 130 Breckenridge Ln in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals • Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise • Create and adjust employee schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures • Contribute to a positive work environment and promote team collaboration • Assist in hiring, training, and developing new team members • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Qualifications • Proven experience in retail or food service management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset • Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling • Experience with cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred • Food safety certification (if applicable to the industry) • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in the Louisville area Additional Information What are we looking for?
