You will own day-to-day execution, keep data and records accurate, and build the repeatable processes that let ANV add people, businesses and geographies without adding chaos.
This is a role designed to grow. As ANV expands, so will your scope based on your strengths and the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for new hires and for employees joining through acquisitions, ensuring a consistent and welcoming experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records, org charts, job descriptions and HRIS data; run routine data audits and reporting.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to keep hiring and transfer workflows moving.
Performance Management
• Administer the performance cycle (goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, calibration support), including communications, deadlines, tracking and manager support.
• Prepare completion reports and trend data for the VP, HR Operations and HR leadership.
• Help managers use performance and development tools effectively, and escalate complex employee relations matters appropriately.
Learning & Development
• Coordinate training calendars, registrations, attendance and completion tracking across regions.
• Help implement the learning management system (LMS), maintain learning records, and support the rollout of new programs, including manager and leadership development.
• Gather feedback and measure program effectiveness; recommend improvements.
Compliance Training
• Administer and track mandatory compliance training (for example, code of conduct, anti-harassment, data protection, anti-financial crime, and information security), including assignments, reminders, escalations and completion reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready training records and track any applicable licensing or continuing education requirements in partnership with Compliance and Legal.
• Work with Compliance and other control functions to keep content and assignments current as regulations and the business change.
Process Improvement & Scalability
• Document HR processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical improvements and automation.
• Support HR systems enhancements, testing and user training.
• Contribute to HR projects such as policy updates, vendor transitions and integrations of newly acquired businesses.
Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a related HR role.
• Working knowledge of HR processes and employment practices; familiarity with multi-country or multi-entity environments is a strong plus.
• Experience with an HRIS and an LMS (for example, Workday, UKG, SuccessFactors or similar).
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; comfortable turning data into clear summaries.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a high standard for confidentiality and accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and a service-minded approach to employees and managers.
Preferred
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Exposure to performance management, L&D coordination, or compliance training administration.
• Experience supporting integrations, acquisitions, or high-growth environments.
What Success Looks Like
• Performance and training cycles run on time, with high completion rates and few surprises.
• Compliance training records are complete, accurate and audit-ready.
• Employee data is clean and reporting is trusted by HR leadership.
• Processes are documented and improving, so the team can scale with the business.
