Communicate Commercial operations performance status & health to relevant stakeholders, including up to CVP level. Work with other teams (e.g., Vendor Ops, Field Ops, Partner Ops, other internal stakeholder teams) to ensure processes are rigorous and executed efficiently. Hold stakeholders accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans and processes. Manage and maintain the relevant rhythm of business (ROB), ensuring participants and stakeholders are communicating and responding according to the necessary cadence. Provide key insights from a Transact Services perspective into listening systems for future enhancements of policy & capabilities to enable a more streamlined transaction engine Support and contribute using data, predictive analytics and business insights to forecasting for capacity planning and to inform the business on emerging trends to stay current, agile and competitive. Collaborate with others to understand overall business goals, objectives and strategies, as well as short- and long-term business priorities Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience MBA is an advantage PMP Certification is a plus Working knowledge of International business practises Demonstrated experience of working in a complex, cross-functional and high change environment. Experience driving operational performance and improvements.
