Sources a substantial portion of their own transactions and achieves established annual loan production, deposit, fee-income, and relationship-growth goals.
Owns the credit process from application through closing. Collects and validates complete financial information; analyzes business and personal financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, collateral, guarantor support, industry conditions, and repayment capacity; assigns an appropriate risk rating; identifies and mitigates key credit risks; and prepares a clear, well-supported credit memorandum and recommendation. Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
