The successful candidates will ensure our Bistro prepares and delivers superb dishes to our guests. Schedule: Weekday AM 8-2PM OR Weekday PM 2-6PM & Rotating Saturdays 8-2PM (part-time shifts only) Pay: $18.50-$19 Main Responsibilities: Prepares a variety of ethnic breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes and recipes. Cleans work area and equipment per department procedures after each use. Guides completion of daily prep lists and job assignments. Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance. Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. Displays excellent communication and remains calm and courteous under pressure. Completes all daily temperature logs. Assists in washing dishes as needed. Uses correct cooking skills and properly operates broiler, grill, sauté and oven. Labels, dates and covers all food items for proper storage. Keeps all kitchen items stocked. Serves as a customer service contact for members at the bistro, including: answering questions, welcoming and other member communications. Qualifications: 2 + year experience in food and beverage and/or health club or hospitality industry preferred Food Handlers Card required by 1st shift. Cost is $10. Qualifications: Language Requirement All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures.
