Provide efficient, accurate, and customer-focused assistance for all incoming calls. Support customers by identifying the correct automotive parts, offering product options, and finalizing sales over the phone. Process orders, returns, and inquiries accurately within our systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily call center operations.
