Qualifications: 🩺 What You'll Do As part of our correctional healthcare team, you'll use your clinical skills to deliver compassionate, quality care while helping maintain a safe and organized medical environment. Your responsibilities will include: Assessing patients and responding to routine and urgent healthcare needs. Administering medications and treatments within your authorized scope of practice. Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes to the medical provider. Documenting assessments, treatments, and medication administration accurately. Assisting with emergency response and coordinating patient care. Maintaining medication accountability and complete clinical records. Following established clinical protocols, policies, and safety standards. Collaborating with healthcare professionals and correctional staff to support quality patient outcomes.   ✅ What We're Looking For Current North Carolina LPN license or applicable Paramedic certification. Current CPR certification. Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Sound clinical judgment and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A team-oriented attitude and commitment to compassionate patient care. Correctional healthcare or emergency medical experience is a plus, but not required.
