Ability to direct day to day operation of a service ship with a diverse product line. Work with Service Manager and Service Advisors to coordinate repairs of customer vehicles. Meet time schedules and maintain productivity levels of tech. Maintain quality standards while maintaining a safe, clean environment and a professional atmosphere. Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise technicians in the repair of customer vehicles Supervise work flow in shop to maintain efficiency Supervise maintenance of shop equipment and tooling Supervise technicians in maintaining current training and certifications Qualifications Education and Experience Must have High school diploma or GED AND Minimum of 3 years' related experience and/or training Must also have prior supervisory and/or management experience Note: Job descriptions may be subject to change based on organizational needs.
