Job Type: Full Time Benefits • Stable, full-time employment • Biweekly pay • Paid training • Overtime opportunities • Medical and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and holidays • Career growth and advancement opportunities • Supportive team environment Pay • Starting pay is $14.50/hr • Opportunities to bid on higher-paying positions after 6 months • Pay rate is based on position, experience, and shift assignment Job Responsibilities • Follow all food safety, quality, and company policies and procedures • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals • Follow all safety requirements and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) • Assist with other production-related duties as assigned Requirements: • Ability to work in a refrigerated manufacturing environment • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods • Frequently lift, push, pull, and move products weighing 25-35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds • Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift • Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled overtime and weekends as needed • Commitment to workplace safety and food safety standards • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
