Core Responsibilities; -Operate laser marking equipment: Set up and run Beamer fiber laser marking machines for direct part marking, functional labeling, logo branding, or surface texturing. -Program and adjust parameters: Use software to design mark patterns, select wavelengths, and adjust power, speed, and focus for desired results. - Ensure quality and compliance: Verify marks meet industry standards. -Support production goals: Integrate marking systems into inline manufacturing lines for efficiency and throughput. - Apply labels and stickers: Position, affix, and secure product labels with attention to detail and accuracy. - Inspect and quality check: Remove defective products or packaging; verify label accuracy, seal integrity, and product conformity to specifications. -Report issues: Notify supervisors of equipment malfunctions, label errors, or quality problems.
