Senior Helpers of Dayton is looking for a reliable, flexible, and experienced Field Support Coordinator to support both our clients and caregiving team in the field. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can adapt to frequent schedule changes, and is passionate about providing high-quality care and leadership support. Responsibilities • Provide initial care for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and quality care. • Cover shifts in caregiver call-out situations until permanent coverage is assigned. • Assist with Start of Care (SOC) visits and client introductions. • Meet caregivers in the field to provide support, training, and skill evaluations. • Ensure caregivers are following the Plan of Care (POC). • Complete documentation, progress notes, and incident reports. • Assist with office duties when needed, including answering phones and relaying information to management. • Participate in on-call rotation one week per month. • Support daily operations and complete additional tasks assigned by management. Requirements • STNA Certification REQUIRED • Valid driver's license REQUIRED. • Must be willing and able to drive up to 100 miles per day (Company car provided) • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment. • Weekend availability as needed. Schedule • Flexible hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. • 40-hour work week required. • Typical schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM unless otherwise directed.
