As one of the leading Central PA Automotive dealers, we seek to grow our sales and service business even further and are looking for a Business Development Center Representative to be an integral part of that effort. We seek an effective communicator who is proficient in customer calls and appointment creation for the service departments in a busy BDC office. The successful candidate will handle a high volume of customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and emails in a professional, courteous manner. The position requires entering customer information into the dealership’s computer database; setting service appointments for current and prospective customers to meet with a member of the service teams; following up with existing customers to determine their level of satisfaction; and generating service leads.
