Our Lot Attendant keeps the operation running smoothly behind the scenes. From moving and staging vehicles to maintaining a clean, organized lot, you're an essential part of delivering a professional first impression to every customer who walks through our doors. RESPONSIBILITIES • Move, park, and organize vehicles on the lot and in service lanes as directed • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, showroom, and service drive • Assist customers with vehicle pick-up and drop-off • Wash, vacuum, and prep vehicles as needed • Support the service and sales teams with day-to-day vehicle logistics • Perform minor errands and deliveries as assigned REQUIREMENTS • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions preferred • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Prior dealership or automotive experience a plus, but not required BENEFITS • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off and holidays • 401(k) with company match • Paid training PAY • Starting hourly pay range $12-14 plus benefits We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
