As our Parts Manager, you’ll lead, hire, train, and develop your team, own the department’s results, and build wholesale and fleet business across the Basin. Pride, professionalism, and doing it right the first time, at every counter and every store. 🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO • Lead, hire, train, and develop the parts team, including counter, wholesale, and shipping/receiving • Own the department’s gross profit, expense control, and monthly financial performance • Manage inventory to Ford standards: stocking levels, obsolescence, aging, returns, and accurate cycle counts • Build and grow wholesale and fleet business with local shops, commercial accounts, and the oilfield and ag community • Partner closely with the Service Manager to keep technicians productive and repair orders moving • Oversee special orders and back orders, and follow up with customers so nothing falls through the cracks • Maintain pricing strategies, vendor relationships, and Ford parts program compliance • Keep the department organized, clean, safe, and audit-ready • Deliver a customer experience that earns repeat business and strong CSI 🎯 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • 3+ years of automotive parts experience; parts management or assistant management experience is strongly preferred • Ford/Motorcraft experience is a plus • Working knowledge of a dealership DMS (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, or similar) • Solid understanding of inventory management, parts P&L, and key department metrics • Natural leader who motivates a team and wants to be a positive influence • Strong communication and customer service skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable being accountable for results • Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen 🏕️ WORK HARD.
