Experienced Accounts Payable Clerk We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities: • Review, code expense account, and process vendor invoices for two dealerships. • Post invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts. • Obtain department manager approvals when not already documented on invoices. • Reconcile invoices to vendor statements before payments are issued and request missing invoices as needed. • Reconcile factory accounts payable statements on a monthly basis. • Process lien payoff payments to lenders for customer trade-in payoff balances. • Assist with various light accounting and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • Strong computer skills and proficiency with accounting systems. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Previous automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.
