JUNIOR SERVICE ADVISOR / SERVICE ADVISOR TRAINEE Parkway Ford / Parkway CDJR — Pampa, Texas About The Opportunity Interested in building a career in automotive service? Parkway is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Junior Service Advisor who is ready to learn. Automotive dealership experience is not required. We welcome candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, appointment scheduling, or other roles that require organization and communication. You will support our service team while learning repair-order preparation, customer updates, maintenance recommendations, and service coordination. This position reports to the Service Director and works alongside experienced advisors.
