THE JOB: The Players Club Manager oversees and coordinates the development, execution, and sustainability of program improvement initiatives in support of the properties' overall guest experience strategy. This role will respond and proactively identify needs and issues, develop recommendations, and manage the implementation of solutions with property operating teams to enhance the delivery of programs and improve the guest experience. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies and procedures.
