Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our 3 East Med/Surg/Tele unit. This role demands a high level of proficiency due to the complexity of the unit and requires a minimum of one year of experience in a Med/Surg Tele environment. Responsibilities • Provide care to patients who meet Medicine or Med Tele admission criteria. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes in health status. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications • Mandatory Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg Tele experience. • Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio. • Current Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association. • Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). • Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association. • 1-2 years of Med Surg or Tele experience.
