Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in an acute care environment. This position is full-time with day shift hours, covering between 36 to 48 hours each week. Key Responsibilities • Deliver patient-centered care and support to patients and their families. • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide effective patient management. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. • Educate patients and families on health-related topics and treatment plans. • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. • Experience in an acute care facility is preferred. • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required. • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor is required. • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor is required. • Completion of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale is required.
