Responsibilities Real Alloy in Goodyear is hiring an Operations Team Member Assistant to join our team! * Real Alloy * Real Wages * Real Benefits * Rotating day/night shift schedule - work half the time and relax the other half! $24.00/hour and overtime available paid time off available upon hire! **Benefits effective the 1st of the month after hire; including company matched 401K** Duties include: • Focus on Safety • Work in Operations/Production with various duties; including lifiting, moving, and weighing • Active role in overall plant and facilities-related work • Maintain quality production standards • Operate mobile equipment Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (not required) • Able to operate mobile equipment including forklifts and loaders helpful • Ability to regularly perform different types of physical activities such as walking, lifting, shoveling, skimming, sweeping, general cleaning both of plant equipment and property • Must be able to function with minimal supervision.
