Flexcraft is growing—and we’re hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our plastics manufacturing operation. Why Techs Make the Move to Flexcraft • $35–$45/hr based on experience (we pay for skill) • Work on blow molding & injection molding equipment—not general maintenance • Stable, growing company with long-term opportunity • Team environment where people step in and fix problems—no blame culture • Opportunity to solve real issues and improve equipment reliability, not just react What You’ll Be Working On • Blow molding & injection molding machines • Extrusion systems • Conveyors, chillers, compressors, and auxiliary equipment • 480V / 3-phase electrical systems • Hydraulic & pneumatic systems What You’ll Do • Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running reliably • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues • Diagnose breakdowns and minimize downtime quickly • Partner with Production and Engineering to solve repeat issues at the root cause • Support equipment installs, upgrades, and improvements • Document work in CMMS (IQMS or similar) What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience • Experience with blow molding and/or injection molding equipment strongly preferred • Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems • Experience working with 480V / 3-phase power • Ability to read schematics and equipment manuals • A technician who takes ownership and follows through Schedule & Flexibility Flexcraft operates a 24/7 manufacturing facility with both day and night shifts. Shift preferences are considered; however, this role requires flexibility to support either shift as needed. Night shift includes a $3/hour differential.
