Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and order status. • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents. • Follow up with customers on pending orders, deliveries, and payments. • Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and accounts teams. • Track order processing, production schedules, and delivery commitments. • Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and MIS records. • Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer relationships. • Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution. Requirements • Good communication and customer-handling skills. • Experience in sales coordination and order processing. • Knowledge of quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and dispatch documentation. • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP / CRM software. • Strong follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills. • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments. • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Preferred Experience • 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing company. • Experience in B2B sales support, order management, or customer service is an advantage. • Any degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
