Now Hiring: Restaurant Busser Location: Wellborn 2R Steakhouse, Wichita Falls Essential Responsibilities: • Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen. • Replaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and glassware. • Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware and dishes in dining room. • Decorates service bar and supplies it with food, such as soups, salads and desserts. • Replenishes service bar with utensils and dishes. • Serves ice water and butter to patrons. • Cleans and polishes sneeze guard, glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns and cream and milk dispensers. • Assists wait staff as deemed necessary by management to service guests in a timely manner. • May run errand and deliver food orders to meeting rooms. • May transfer food and dishes between floors of establishment using dumbwaiter. • Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy. • Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties. • Embrace O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, Health & Wellness, and Safety culture. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested. Skills & Abilities: • The ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • The ability to work well with a variety of personality types and maintain tact and diplomacy throughout all interactions. • The ability to multitask and prioritize. Hours: • Due to the nature of the business, scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays. Education & Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred, but not required. Physical Requirements of the Position: • Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time), and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 to 2/3 of the time), and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists up to 2/3 or most of the time) to move objects.
