Welder – 1st Shift Salina, KS Great Plains Manufacturing is seeking a 1st Shift Welder to join our growing team at our Construction Equipment (CE) facility in Salina, KS. This position works Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime on Fridays, as required. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions. • Operation of various welding robots. • Able to lift heavy parts throughout the shift. • Clean, repair and examine welds as needed. • Conduct quality checks throughout the shift. • Follow all Great Plains and OSHA safety regulations and wear prescribed PPE as required. • Other duties may be assigned that require other qualifications, physical demands, and/or work environment.
