Common Man Roadside is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our restaurants and general stores. Come work for a great New Hampshire company with 8 locations across the state, and more to come! Pay rate: $27-$30/hr, depending on experience. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall safety and appearance of the properties. This position does require travel between locations in a company vehicle. This is a full time position, weekdays and weekends as required. Position Responsibilities: • Receiving work orders and providing solutions for each task • Respond to work orders including minor plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration needs • Gasoline island repairs (training provided) • Ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer attached • Mitigate hazards and promote a safety-oriented culture • Snow removal; including plowing, hand shoveling, and salting/sanding walkways • Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills / Abilities: • Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repair • Experience in trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration • Ability to work independently • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds • Must be able to read and write repair orders • Ability to provide positive customer service experience • Interpersonal skills to interact with employees and/or customers. • Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked • Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building Common Man Roadside offers UnCommon Perks and Benefits! • Flexible hours and schedules, full-time or part-time • Free meals every shift! • Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and Paid Time Off • 401(k) with company match.
