Help coordinate communication between internal team members, freelancers, interviewers, editors, and external partners.
•
Serve as a point of contact to ensure projects and deliverables move forward efficiently.
•
Follow up on outstanding tasks, deadlines, and requests to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Assist with scheduling shoots, meetings, and other production-related activities.
•
Track project progress and proactively flag delays or issues.
