In this role, you’ll support and oversee daily kitchen operations, helping ensure smooth service, consistent quality, and a strong team environment. You’ll bring your leadership experience and hands‑on line knowledge to mentor teammates, maintain high culinary standards, and keep the kitchen running efficiently. A strong commitment to food safety and sanitation is essential, as you’ll help uphold and enforce all health and safety guidelines. This position is active and fast‑paced, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
