Family Pillars Homecare is hiring Registered Nurses and/or LPN Nurses ASAP in Fort Pierce, Florida 34950. We have 12hr day and night shifts available 7am-7pm and 7pm to 7am at this time. This is a 24/7 case at the patients bedside at the hospital. NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES Perform skilled nursing 12hr shifts for wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments Visits and hourly shifts available. Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support Monitor and document patient condition and progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols. Pay rate: $35.00/hr and up for hourly shifts based on the patient care plans.. Pay rates may vary and are always confirmed at the time of scheduling. JOB REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE VALID RN OR LPN FLORIDA NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE. MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD. MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS. MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS) .
