Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift Location: Carrollton, TX (100% Onsite) Schedule: Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Occasional weekends) Pay: $80,000 – $90,000/year Company: Private Equity-Backed Health & Personal Care Manufacturer (cGMP / FDA-Registered) About the Role Reporting to the Director of Facilities & Maintenance, you will lead a 12-person maintenance team on 2nd shift. You’ll keep our high-speed liquid, gel, and personal care packaging lines running safely, reliably, and in full compliance with cGMP standards. What You’ll Do • Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and train 12 maintenance technicians and contractors on 2nd shift. • Equipment Reliability: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on liquid processing, filling, sealing, and packaging machinery to minimize downtime. • Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA, EPA, and cGMP standards, ensuring accurate maintenance logs and clean, sanitized execution. • Inventory & Purchasing: Manage spare parts inventory and order tools and maintenance supplies within budget. • Collaboration: Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality to troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement projects. What You Need • Experience: 10+ years in industrial manufacturing maintenance (liquids, cosmetics, food, or pharma preferred). • Leadership: 5+ years in a supervisory or lead maintenance role. • Technical Skills: Strong background in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated packaging systems, plus CMMS software experience. • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical degree or trade cert preferred). • Schedule & Physical: Ability to work 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM, lift up to 50 lbs, and cover occasional weekend shifts for maintenance shutdowns. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $90,000.00
